Two-Point Perspective Drawing

20 Jun

In my previous entry I tried to establish a set of definitions around the concept of drawing. That is the concept of making lines on a surface (Francis Ching Design Drawing). With this entry I would like to introduce the process that is perspective drawing. Perspective planning and drawing is one of the architect’s most basic rendering tools. However this medium is used extensively by product designers and artists to communicate objects.  Karl Gude shows an example of two point perspective drawing in the following tutorial. Check it out!

If you’re still interested in point perspective, khulsey.com holds a pretty simple example of how it can be easily used.
